Immigration Form Preparation
Colorado River Legal Services provides clerical document-preparation assistance for immigration forms using the information and decisions supplied by the client. We can type client-provided information, organize client-provided supporting documents, and prepare copies or filing packets according to the published instructions for forms the client has selected or has been directed to use by an authorized legal-services provider.

Colorado River Legal Services is not an immigration law firm and does not determine immigration eligibility, select immigration benefits or forms for a client, give legal advice, represent clients before immigration agencies or courts, or guarantee an outcome. If you need advice about eligibility, legal strategy, deadlines, risks, or which form to use, consult a licensed attorney or a Department of Justice-accredited representative.
