How contact information is used
Information submitted through the contact form is stored and sent to CRLS so we can respond to your request. Contact-form email addresses are not verified.
Contact records include the information you submit, a one-way hash derived from the source IP address, a limited user-agent summary, audit history, and safe email-delivery metadata.
Do not submit highly sensitive information, original documents, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or passwords through the contact form. CRLS does not sell contact information.
Security and retention
Access to contact records is restricted to authorized accounts. Retention and deletion requests are handled according to applicable operational and legal requirements.
